Mending Bee

Can't wear your favorite blouse/shirt because of missing buttons? We love to hand sew and can help! Bring in items that needs mending and we will stitch it up while you wait. Please Note: Items must be clean.
There are three ways you can participate:
  • Come with your (clean) clothes to be mended.
  • Bring a senior you know who has clothes to be mended and join in the social.
  • Volunteer to help with the mending.
Coffee, tea, light refreshments and good conversation will be provided. 
This event is hosted by Village Santa Cruz County, co-hosted by Aptos library.
